A hand-painted animated series about a small permaculture homestead in the hills of Nan province, northern Thailand.

Plant for food, for fuel, and for timber — and the fourth benefit is the soil and the water you get back. That is a real Thai idea, and it is what this place is built on.

Each film follows one real dish from the garden to the table. Nobody speaks. You watch hands work, and you hear everything they touch.

The homestead is invented. The dishes are not, and neither are the plants — every ingredient is something that would genuinely be ready on that hillside in that fortnight of the year. The garden is the show. The cooking is the payoff.
